Open Alkmaars Judo tournament 2025
We have opened up the registration for the tournament on sunday the 19th of October 2025.
✅THE ONLINE BOOKING FOR JUDOKA'S HAS BEEN OPENED
All members of a judo union accepted by the International Judo Federation (IJF) are sincerely welcome.
All clubs that participated last year should still have their login details for our site www.oa-judo.nl. New clubs or clubs without login information can request details via the Support/Contact button on our website.
Registration is final once the entry fee has been paid.
- Entry fee per judoka: €15,00
- Payment options: PayPal or iDeal (secure).
- After payment, you will receive a confirmation by email.

DEADLINES AND DATES
Friday 3 October 2025: Last chance to edit your registrations online via your club account. After this deadline, only category changes are possible at a €5,00 surcharge.
Saturday 18 October 2025: From 15:00-18:00 there is a possibility to weigh-in in Sportcomplex Hoornse Vaart. Participant cards and coach cards will also be handed out.
Sunday 19 October 2025: Date of the tournament, it is also possible to weigh-in on sunday. The schedule will be communicated via our website and social media.
Match Preparation
Please, make sure the judoka is present at the side of the Tatami 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the category.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome to attend the tournament in the stands. Entry fees can be paid in cash or by card at the register:
- Adults: €5,00
- Kids (3–11): €2,50
Photography
By participating in the tournament, the judoka (and his/her parents/guardians) consent to photography by the official JudoInside photographer and the tournament photographer. Photos may be published on our website and via social media.

Liability
Participation is at your own risk. The Open Alkmaars Judo Tournament organization is not responsible for:
- Accidents, injuries, or medical issues during the event.
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
- Travel or accommodation expenses in case of cancellation or unforeseen changes.
All participants are advised to have appropriate insurance coverage.
